Minnesota DHS’s public active-grants page said it was updated monthly. On July 31, 2026, the newest snapshot was dated March 16, making it 137 days old.

A review of all 1,748 listed records found 523 with no downloadable document link, 480 with at least one “Pending” marker, and 47 with neither a document link nor a pending explanation.
